As a company we do not have a policy of micromanagement and we seek to fulfil this commitment through the application of leadership through employment policies and procedures which are consistent and equitable for all colleagues, and which recognise the expertise and ability of each individual.
We place a strong focus on listening to colleagues, with regular roadshows by our MD and operations directors, as well as undertaking Your Voice Counts (YVC) surveys to ensure every colleague has an opportunity for their voice to be heard. The purpose of YVC is to ensure that we can listen to and address areas of our business where colleague feedback suggests that changes need to be made, so your comments on trusting colleagues, micromanagement and happiness levels will be noted and shared with the wider team.
