Pros

I can honestly say that working at Removery has completely transformed my life—both professionally and personally. This company has given me the opportunity to grow in ways I never thought possible, while also improving my financial standing. It's not just a job, it's been a life-altering experience, and I couldn't be more grateful for it. One of the most impactful aspects of working here has been the constant change and flexibility. I thrive in this kind of environment where no two days are ever the same. Some people might find that level of unpredictability challenging, but for me, it makes every day feel fresh, exciting, and full of new opportunities. The ability to adapt quickly and handle change has become a core part of my professional identity, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy. That said, I won't sugarcoat it—this job is significantly harder than any of my previous roles. The challenges are real, but they are also incredibly rewarding. Every obstacle I've faced has pushed me to step up, not only for myself but for my team and my coworkers as well. There’s a deep sense of camaraderie here, and I love the feeling of contributing to something bigger than myself. It's incredibly fulfilling to rise to the occasion and play a part in our collective success. Working at Removery has truly been an empowering experience, both in terms of personal growth and career development. I've learned more about myself in the time I've been here than in any other job, and I know I’m a better professional because of it. If you're someone who values change, thrives in dynamic environments, and is ready to take on challenges with a supportive team behind you, Removery is the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough.

Cons

High Level of Challenge: The job is significantly harder than previous roles, requiring constant learning and adaptation. Constant Change: While flexibility is a positive for some, the level of change may feel overwhelming for those who prefer more stability. Increased Responsibility: The demands and expectations can be high, requiring you to step up frequently for both your team and company. Unpredictability: The dynamic environment, while exciting, can also create a sense of uncertainty at times.

Pros

Excellent training, actually taking time to go over each and every subject in detail. Preparing you for success! Also, great benefits

Cons

Unfortunately, I wish there was more communication behind the WHY on certain decisions, especially the ones affecting the clinical outcomes for clients

Pros

Pay is competitive and benefits are great. Coworkers were awesome.

Cons

They used to be a scrappy start up but have become more and more corporate over time. Their sales tactics are becoming high pressure and their treatment protocols are becoming less personalized and more cookie cutter. It seems to be more about money and less about people. Obviously, businesses are about making money, but it doesn't have to be at the expense of doing what's right for people. Tom Weber is no longer the CEO. They brought in the heir to and former CEO of Bic to speed the corporatization.
