Terrible management: Either passive aggressive or fully aggressive, even threatening.
Change of work hours without notice. Threatened over it. Had to seek out the services of an employment lawyer to better understand my rights, because they sure wanted to strip every one of them from me.
Your pay will change all the time.
You will be asked to take on endless responsibilities.
There are 100 meetings that you have to be on camera for. All of them could have been emails.
You won't have enough time in the day to do your work. You are not entitled to OT. They will let you come in early, unpaid to do the work which is laughable.
The training is virtually nonexistent. You get less than two weeks laser training and they expect you to be lasering on your own without any supervision at all...
Toxic work atmosphere with heavy favoritism.
HR is a joke. Good luck reporting anything to anyone who might care: they don't.
Do your job. Go home. Don't do any extra and maybe you'll be fine... but seriously consider working anywhere else before you settle on Removery.
