      Pros

      -pay is incredible and if your store is busy you will get a bonus on every pay check -great benefits including PTO, 401k, insurance, EVERYTHING -they treat the employees so well Christmas gifts and merch. Always so kind and appreciative. -professional clinical lead team that audits you and reviews you which is so helpful -you become certified in lasers -you do not have a manager so you will never have to deal with micromanaging or people telling you what to do -day goes by so quick, appointment time is 15 minutes and clean up time and prep takes 30 seconds -easy to grow in the company I know a ton of laser specialist that have become project managers or clinical trainers -never overworked they really care about you here

      Unfortunately, I wish there was more communication behind the WHY on certain decisions, especially the ones affecting the clinical outcomes for clients

      Pros

      Pay is competitive and benefits are great. Coworkers were awesome.

      Cons

      They used to be a scrappy start up but have become more and more corporate over time. Their sales tactics are becoming high pressure and their treatment protocols are becoming less personalized and more cookie cutter. It seems to be more about money and less about people. Obviously, businesses are about making money, but it doesn't have to be at the expense of doing what's right for people. Tom Weber is no longer the CEO. They brought in the heir to and former CEO of Bic to speed the corporatization.
