Pros

They internally promote and you can receive free removal if you have a tattoo that you want to be removed.

Cons

-Internal promotions don't equate to salary increases. -Employees are often overworked performing three roles while being severely underpaid for their worth. -I experienced ageism and defamation that HR swept under the rug. -They have poor upper management and the company is run much like a dictatorship. -You're expected to provide high-quality work with little compensation in return. -The turnover rate is high as they will fire people for seemingly no real reason. -Employees are in constant fear of being fired due to unrealistic goals and expectations. -No 401K plan and they provide minimal health care coverage. -They like to act like they have a company culture, but it's mostly driven by fear. -Micromanagement is very prevalent and creates a toxic work environment. -They lack diversity, especially at the management and C-suite level. -I experienced physical pain from work-induced stress and they did nothing to help. -They don't value you, your time, or your efforts. You're just another pawn in their quest to conquer the tattoo removal industry.

Pros

Excellent training, actually taking time to go over each and every subject in detail. Preparing you for success! Also, great benefits

Cons

Unfortunately, I wish there was more communication behind the WHY on certain decisions, especially the ones affecting the clinical outcomes for clients

Pros

Pay is competitive and benefits are great. Coworkers were awesome.

Cons

They used to be a scrappy start up but have become more and more corporate over time. Their sales tactics are becoming high pressure and their treatment protocols are becoming less personalized and more cookie cutter. It seems to be more about money and less about people. Obviously, businesses are about making money, but it doesn't have to be at the expense of doing what's right for people. Tom Weber is no longer the CEO. They brought in the heir to and former CEO of Bic to speed the corporatization.
