Pros

Good locations across the US. Some people are nice and friendly. Will keep you busy. Learned a lot in this job. Had some freedom on how to manage my own time.

Cons

Management definitely has their favorites. You will see them get promoted and get raises while you just sit and watch. Some people in higher positions are mostly talk and sucking up to management and very big on motivational speeches, no actual skills. Some managers are intense micromanagers. Some managers literally do nothing all day long but still make an insane amount of money. A really big issue is the facade they put on of changing lives. It is all about the money for them. They do not care about their clients - maybe the clinic staff does, but no one at corporate. I have also heard about some shady things they are doing to get clients on payment plans. They pay people pretty poorly and arbitrarily. There is no structure for x amount of years of experience gets you y salary. It is very random. Overall compensation is weird. No real benefits. No 401k. Absolute minimal holidays and PTO. And worse, people call you on off days and PTO days to request work from you, then get mad when you say no. People are not respectful of each other's time. You will be spread so thin working here. They are not running a sustainable business. I have seen the most intense staff turnover at Removery than any other company I've ever been at. They either surprise fire people or people get fed up and leave for something better. They are spending so much on training new hires because they can't retain anyone. Lastly, let's talk about diversity and inclusion. There is not a single POC in management. I have seen racist things being said by managers with no repercussions. They keep management & management's friends as one clique, and everyone else as another. Management & friends go out to lunch and dinners on the corporate card and never offer lunch for everyone. They are picky with who is selected to go. During COVID, I heard managers talk behind closed doors about lower level staff who are nervous about coming into the office. They did not shut down and work remotely during COVID, it's be at the office everyday, and SEVERAL employees caught COVID from each other. Whatever management wants, they get. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a job. It is just a very weird environment that made me feel horrible in the time I was there.

Pros

Excellent training, actually taking time to go over each and every subject in detail. Preparing you for success! Also, great benefits

Cons

Unfortunately, I wish there was more communication behind the WHY on certain decisions, especially the ones affecting the clinical outcomes for clients

Pros

Pay is competitive and benefits are great. Coworkers were awesome.

Cons

They used to be a scrappy start up but have become more and more corporate over time. Their sales tactics are becoming high pressure and their treatment protocols are becoming less personalized and more cookie cutter. It seems to be more about money and less about people. Obviously, businesses are about making money, but it doesn't have to be at the expense of doing what's right for people. Tom Weber is no longer the CEO. They brought in the heir to and former CEO of Bic to speed the corporatization.
