- Flexible timings - Occassional WFH - Paid Leaves (I only worked for 7 days that one month and still paid in full) - Friendly environment - Learning opportunities
Cons
- Location: Nearest metro station is very far and no sharing autos. Need to book personal rides - It's a 4 BHK appartment which is fine as a startup, but you will miss out many things like professionalism and office life. - Service based company, so it becomes hard sometimes when company doesn't have projects
