Very flexible agile environment as long as the job is done, great working space with diversity and very friendly coworkers with “can do” attitude, who are always open for development and bouncing knowledge between one and an other. The leadership team has been focusing on ongoing improvement of services and processes through incremental, and engaging all teams to contribute with ideas and feedbacks in expanding the products offering of the company. Wearing multiple hats is essential at Reliant thus there are always great open opportunities for employees to gain new skills and switch experience/career from all its aspects; could be IT engineering, marketing, project management, business development, supply chain, accounting, procurement, HR or even sales. Roles, responsibilities and metrics are periodically reviewed to make sure all the expectations are clear and pragmatic. Flat hierarchy management, with clear and direct communication between all employees without barriers also the leadership team encourages the autonomy and the empowerment of all the company individuals which is one of the best challenges of working at Reliant.
