      Pros

      Quick to learn the ropes and great team leader.

      Cons

      Sometimes rude or not very nice clients taking their frustration out on you because of someone else's fault or because they've been on hold for so long. But 90% of clients are really nice !

      Pros

      Very flexible and excellent work/life balance. Management trusts you to do a good job and lets you do it in the way that works best for you. Supportive team. Really open CEO who wants to do a great job and have happy employees.

      Cons

      Often can feel on an island with small teams and the time difference from Ireland and the US. Some limited opportunities but they are expanding. PTO is a little low and some benefits are not outlined well yet.
