Pros
Blessed with a great team from colleagues to a fantastic TL & TC. Sadly, this seems to mask the more serious issues below and that pro alone will never outweigh what a company WON'T do for it's employees.
Cons
- Base salary does not nearly reflect the information/ knowledge required or workload to effectively perform at a median level let alone a high level. - Potential pay raises depending on cross-training and length of service are also laughable. - Forced closures for American Public Holidays - Unpaid days off which you are asked if you want AL to make up for the loss in pay. -Struggling to get set time off in order to achieve a good work/life balance. - Emphasis on taking AL for absolutely everything and anything - Suspected high burnout rate and high attrition rate - AL is estimated off your end of year value not currently accumulated amount. So be weary when scheduling AL when new as if you are to leave you could end up owing that back to the company and you won't be warned. - Training was tarnished by too many technical issues. - Career progression is nearly non-existent for most as it's far too competitive. -Somewhat preach about diversity, inclusivity & culture and values whilst it just seems to be a public image thing more so than anything of substance.
