      You could get a great team You could get a good campaign that has a level of work that won't overwhelm you.

      Cons

      Low pay You might not get a good team You might work non stop everyday and be exhausted everyday for not much than the minimum wage

      Pros

      Very flexible and excellent work/life balance. Management trusts you to do a good job and lets you do it in the way that works best for you. Supportive team. Really open CEO who wants to do a great job and have happy employees.

      Cons

      Often can feel on an island with small teams and the time difference from Ireland and the US. Some limited opportunities but they are expanding. PTO is a little low and some benefits are not outlined well yet.
