Easily the worst professional experience of my career. The company operates on a revolving door policy, hiring and firing employees constantly. Management relies heavily on fear based leadership and extreme micromanagement rather than actual guidance or strategic direction. Expectations change daily and are entirely unrealistic, creating an immense amount of unnecessary pressure. The onboarding period is a "honeymoon phase" once that ends, the environment becomes incredibly toxic, to the point where seeing coworkers pushed to tears before being let go was a regular occurrence. Management has zero interest in employee development or well being.
