Pros

Working with this company presents the opportunity to collaborate with big architecture firms From REDVERTEX you can learn technical things that you can have it anywhere else . But as a junior it could be faster with them

Cons

It is important to consider the potential drawbacks of working with this company, as they may outweigh the benefits. For example, employees may experience a significant impact on their personal lives due to long work hours, with no additional compensation. Furthermore, there may be a sense of restricted communication and a lack of freedom in the workplace, leading to an atmosphere similar to that of a school. Additionally, some team leaders may misuse their authority, creating a negative environment that emphasizes control over motivation. It is worth noting that the company does not offer bonuses for outstanding performance, and promotions may be infrequent, potentially taking up to five years to achieve. Finally, the company may rely on outdated techniques and technologies, which could affect the efficiency and effectiveness of their work processes. Overall, it is important to weigh the potential drawbacks against the benefits before making a decision about employment with this company.

Pros

It is a good place to grow and improve professionally. I had the opportunity to work with really talented people who gladly shared their knowledge with others.

Cons

There isn't any other opportunity to try something out of the company's pipeline. You will be asked ("expected" and even told) to stay overtime or work over the weekend, which you won't be paid for. There will be random mandatory "quality skill tests" that can only be done after working hours or over the weekend. You will get fired out of the blue; reasons will be provided, but compensation won't. (for those wondering - no, I passed every test, and wasn't fired because of a lack of skill. One of the clients pulled out, and they decided to shut down a couple of teams, because "there is no work right now".)

Pros

Fast interview and selection process

Cons

My journey with Redvertex has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. I applied in March 2024, got selected, and was told to wait for the visa process. I trusted the company and spent my own money on document processing and courier services. For more than 1.5 years, I kept waiting for updates, believing everything was moving forward. But in the end, they cancelled everything with excuses and refused to return even the money I had spent because of their process. They wasted my time, money, and trust. This was a very unprofessional experience.
