Environment gives you the opportunity to grow quickly, lots of chances to collaborate/work on projects that would normally be above your title/pay grade. This really helps you learn through experience. Good amenities on campus - Gym/Subsidized cost food/big campus Good benefits/pay Great people
Cons
Can be a big adjustment at first if you're used to a slower pace - not an easy place to be successful but you'll have the resources you need to grow and develop
