Pros

They are always hiring Its nice to receive a regular paycheck

Cons

Bringing you on board seems great at first, and the woman training you is superb and does a great job seeming to have your back. Once on the floor, however, you realize that you had no choice in your hours (despite assurances to the contrary during the interview process), have precisely tracked break time and lunch time (with severe three strike policies in place for even a minute or two over), practically forced overtime (managers will tell your the "real" winners stay late), severe aversion to people having second jobs (with better employee relations to make a basis for comparision) and intense favoritism and segmentation. Its my belief that the company has a complex algorithm in place to give callers from overall positive socioeconomic area codes to established employess (but they claim its entirely random.) The whole thing felt very dishonest.

Pros

Strong ownership, opportunity to manage people early, great people, nice campus. You will work on interesting problems and external companies. Great training if the space interests you.

Cons

Business future is uncertain, up or out management principles. New senior leaders somewhat disconnected from the day-to-day. Commute from Charlotte is horrible.
