      Pros

      The best part about the corporate side of Red Ventures is the atmosphere. RV is filled with young and outgoing people who work hard and play hard.

      Cons

      Red Ventures does not offer competitive pay for the type of talent they bring on. Many of RV's employees could be paid much better in another job, but choose RV because of the atmosphere.
