      Pros

      There is a lot of work balance. They have a basketball gym, building a bowling alley etc. You are able to take a break and play with your fellow colleagues.

      Cons

      They expect you to be at work for 9-10 hours a day for a very small pay. The recruiters are not as what they seem to be.

      high trust environment, opportunities to learn, grow, make an impact, often working in green field projects

      culture is changing as they move to be more corporate, pay is mid/low
