Pros

their are none unless you see the place in your rear view mirror fading fast and never to return to this shop of horrors

Cons

I love it when a company says it's hiring 300 people in a state that has the 5th highest unemployment rate, that's your first red flag, after that they have a 22 yr old brown nosing piece of trash as your pm who doesn't have a clue on how to manage, they were just promoted because they kissed enough behind and were lucky on the phones. They have you read a script totally scamming the public selling adt security and direct tv and you are told how to mislead the customer and do whatever it takes to make the sale and don't take no for an answer just throw money at them or extra equipment that they don't need and if they have a question about a item that doesn't come with the package you are told to change the subject and mislead them it's a total scam and that's why the turnover rate is 1000% because after a while you feel guilty about ripping people off in a bad economy, don't work at red ventures they would hire a monkey id the monkey can talk on the phone, their goal is for you to sell more and make less as they adjust your commission to make sure you get mad and quit. their agenda is to hire you, screw you and force you to quit before benefits can kick in and then do the same thing over and over to unsuspecting people who just want to make an honest buck. stay far far far away from these vultures

Pros

Strong ownership, opportunity to manage people early, great people, nice campus. You will work on interesting problems and external companies. Great training if the space interests you.

Cons

Business future is uncertain, up or out management principles. New senior leaders somewhat disconnected from the day-to-day. Commute from Charlotte is horrible.
