Pros
Like everyone else says... you can make good money if you're in the top 10 or so of your business. That's why I stayed. Benefits and cafeteria are pretty good too and I made some good friends here.
Cons
Where do I begin? Forget the amenities you see when you first walk in. You'll never use those as they strap you to your desk to take call after call after call. Sales Support, also known as the corporate side, will be heard all over the building having their parties and fun rally get-togethers, while you're stuck on the phone dealing with the worst/brokest people on the planet. On top of that, you can get fired at the drop of a hat for performance, attendance, or compliance (who will fire you immediately for just breathing wrong). Even if your top-level managers like you, or if your stats are strong... doesn't matter... you'll get phased out eventually by up-and-coming agents who make less. Overall, I enjoyed my time there because of the friends and money that I made, but there's something underlying about this place... something wrong.
