Pros

You can make decent money if you do everything they tell you to do.

Cons

Some of the things they tell you to do are unethical and involve extensive lying to customers. If you're ready to: 1)Regularly lie, 2) Listen to loud music all day while you're taking customer calls, 3) Deal with constantly shifting quotas and commission structures that generally compromise your ability to make money, 4) Get shot with a Nerf gun at least three times a day, 5) Strongly pressure your customers into buying products they didn't ask for, 6) Be taught a script that involves no creativity or individuality, then you should work here!

Thanks for your review. We’re sorry to hear you wouldn’t recommend RV, but we appreciate the opportunity to clear up a few points in your post for other Glassdoor visitors. We do not condone unethical sales practices, including misinforming or pressuring customers in any way, and we enforce strict compliance regulations in order to protect our customers, our partners, and our employees. Additionally, we agree that it’s extremely important to learn about our company culture before joining our team, as it may not be the right fit for everyone. If you don’t enjoy contests, music during work hours, or the occasional Nerf war, you may not have the best experience here.
