      The other faculty are smart and amazing. There are always professional development opportunities and extra responsibilities that do come with release time/pay. Culture is great and they continuously look for ways to improve.

      Cons

      The pay is subpar. You work 50, 60, 70 hours per week to get all the work done.

      Pros

      Due to addition of so many high school students, you are a babysitter. New Leadetship level tolerates any excuse. They don't back their staff at all.

      Cons

      Several new leaders to the school hired have no spine. They do not consider facts and support staff. If new hiring supervisor then avoid like the plague
