Culture - supportive, collaborative and great work/life balance Senior management - true working leaders Client portfolio - impressive given Red Havas has only been going in London for a few years Havas University - training opps on a daily basis Village model -plenty of opps to work with and learn about other marketing services Benefits - second-to-none Platform - fantastic entry level scheme that is open to anyone
Cons
Rapid growth of a start-up agency can cause teething problems at times. However, this has always been worked through in a calm and collaborative with senior leadership. Also, there is such ambition and passion for this agency but there are only so many hours in the day. A nice problem to have in a way.
