I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Red Havas (Brisbane)
Interview
Extremely positive and friendly experience. Interviewers were kind, respectful and cheerful. It looks like a great work environment with opportunities for growth if you plan on staying for the long-haul.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I felt like it was more of a casual conversation - talking about my skills, experience etc.
Managers set me up for success in the interview and made sure that the role was right for me. I really appreciated how they considered what I wanted to do in the long term and assured me that what was in store for me.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Havas (Singapore) in Sep 2018
Interview
I reached out to Red Havas via email and then received an email asking me to come down for an interview.
I was disappointed by the attitude the interviewers displayed during the interview. They were inattentive, cut my answers off and asked questions that hinted that they had no interest in hiring me (e.g. "tell us about your portfolio"). I felt like I wasted a trip going for the interview and felt like I was not seen at all as a candidate.
Then they asked me to do a writing test after the interview. They asked me to write a blog article for one of their clients. That is a poorly designed test; you can't ask someone to contribute to writing something for your clients for free. I would recommend Red Havas design their own tests internally if they wish to be taken seriously in this industry.
