Pros

- being part of Havas village - spacious and well stocked offices in heart of Sydney CBD

Cons

Where do I start. Although most agencies have internal movements, there is a reason for the astronomical turnover rate in the sydney office (with people hightailing it in as quickly as 3 months). Management is toxic, encourages gaslighting, bullying, stealing credit from more timid team members, and working long hours due to lack of direction. For an agency this size with this much clout, it’s amazing how abysmal the workflow systems are. HR does little to mediate between parties even if you reach out to them and ask for help. Never cried more at work that I did here. Take this as a warning and don’t be blinded by the pseudo nice corporate talk and attitude like I was. Did not expect this sort of treatment at once at one of the biggest comms agencies in the world.
