Good company to work for - Project Manager Red Door Collaborative Employee Review

I was lucky to come across Red Door Collaborative's posting for an opportunity and within 3 weeks, I was hired and live at my new contracted role at Microsoft. After 18 months at my role, I was offered a full time position within the organization! To say ending my time with Red Door is bittersweet is an understatement. Chris, Brian and the entire Red Door team have been outstanding, always supportive, responsive and continuously cheering on their people. This is the first agency I have been associated with that provides full benefits to their contracted workers day one, which is very rare in my experience. This shows that investing in their employees is Red Door's first priority. I would recommend Red Door to anyone that is looking to expand their experience and portfolio, either internally with the company or external in a contracted position. They are above the bar - first class!

None that I experienced. Red Door is GREAT!

In addition to internal FTEs, Red Door hires employees to be contracted out as vendors, but you don't have to find your own clients. I feel very supported in my work and have complete autonomy to do what I need for the client team I work with. Management is there when I need them, but otherwise I set my own schedule and manage my time and projects according to client needs. Red Door is completely remote, so no internal travel requirements. And even though we're not all in an office together, the CEO truly cares about each employee and strives for good company culture.

We have a full suite of benefits, which is great, but the cost of health care is pretty high (though I suppose you see that most places).
