      Hybrid working conditions- at the time I worked there.

      Cons

      Understaffed, big turn overs, supervisors and leadership is not very kind. You have to be a self-learner and really independent to survive in this role. No work life balance for employees.

      No pros, unfortunately this job is not worth your sanity due to the level of incompetence of its staff.

      Cons

      Unorganized, shift leads don't have basic understanding for CJS and how to properly process and alert.
