The Culture Is Improving Rapidly - Anonymous employee Recording Radio Film Connection Employee Review

It's no secret to those of us who have worked here for several years that the culture at the Recording Radio Film Connection has improved considerably in the last two months. Leadership at RRFC has made a few key hires in the areas that needed help, let go people who were quite frankly not carrying their weight and done a top to bottom overhaul of work flow and personnel. New hires, including the Institutional Director (a newly created position) have produced immediate improvements with much more to come. It's exciting times.
