I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Recording Radio Film Connection (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
You have one interview, which is quick. Then you're asked to go home and read the website, and learn the program they sell, then you come back and pitch it to the COO, who corrects and condescends you. You fill out paperwork, get put at a desk and start dialing until your fingers bleed

Interview
I found the job through Craigslist. I submitted my resume and was contacted within 2-3 days to interview. For my first interview, I was triple-booked with other candidates for the same time. I was interviewed half hour past my appointment and the interview was held in the hallway by other staff desks and individuals walking around us. This meeting lasted 10-15 minutes and was pretty easy. One day after my interview, I was contacted by the receptionist to set up a second/final interview with the COO/CAO. The time the secretary offered was not convenient for me. I asked if there is another day/time available, she stated that there is not. I told her then I would move my schedule around and attend the second interview. I arrived 15 minutes early for my meeting (scheduled at 1pm). At 1:45pm, I was told that the individual I was meeting with is running late and he'll be back in ten minutes. Keep in mind, I was double-booked this time with another candidate for the same time (1pm interview). We both sat there, waiting for our interview. At 2:10, I notified the secretary that I must leave by 1:30pm and was told by here that the inteviewer will be another 10 minutes. At 1:30, I got up and said that I'm leaving and walked out. The level of unprofessionalism and arrogance blows my mind. I wouldn't work for that mess of an organization after seeing that.
