Pros
Every season brings new challenges and opportunities for growth - both for the company, and personally. When tasked with a new challenge, creative thinking is welcomed, as often innovative solutions are required... the results can propel the company forward, as well as hone the skills of the worker. Failure to "get it right the first time" doesn't come with a fear of reproach by the leadership; if anything they'll encourage to find/fix any issues and keep it moving to get the job done. The educational institution uses a unique teaching model for ever-evolving industries and fields of study; therefore, the company's internal projects vary regularly. There's no sign of the work becoming mundane or boring. Some projects may be quite large and time consuming, but the upper management (CEO and COO) do not micro-manage them. Deadlines ARE expected to be kept, however when a project's scope changes, the leadership is understanding and deadlines are adjusted accordingly. TL;DR: it's a good gig for the motivated and driven professional. It also helps to love music, media, culinary, and helping others.
Cons
The path for advancement can be unclear.
