Lots of individual units that don't work together well. This is primarily because RP acquires several small companies a year and doesn't integrate them really well. RP is also in the process of replacing the current workforce of developers, QA, BA's and so on with a new cheaper workforce in the philippines. Basically, when someone quits here, their work goes overseas and no one is rehired in the US. What's happening because of this is that there is a heavy management presence in the US corporate office but few actual workers in the US. Most of the directors/vice presidents aren't former developers which doesn't work well as this is a software company.
