Pros
1. 2 days a week, with no strict timings 2. Good and approachable colleagues 3. Can learn a lot of about Property Tech
Cons
1. Very Niche domain, hence limited exit opportunities 2. High turnover. I've never seen such a high attrition in any firm 3. They keep firing product leadership and never let them settle down. This is causing a lot of head ache in terms of clarity of work. Basically they're owned by PE firm so any work must be purely related to profits. 4. Their software is not great and quite buggy but they're almost a monopoly 5. They have free lunch but recently they have started a new app to book lunch. So basically you need to pre book the lunch a day before you go to office and you have to do it everytime or else they'll straight out deny lunch and dinner. They know that people will forget to book so that can cut costs. 6. Frequent Layoffs. The layoffs are often silent. People just vanish from teams. 7. Their annual hike cycle is from october to october. Meaning if you join in the beginning of the year, you'll never receive hike until next performance cycle. 8. HRs will try their best to lowball you. One of the tactics they use is that, One they agree on the pay, they'll come back and say some internal changes happened and reduce the pay by certain amount in the last minute.
