Pros
Excellent coworkers. I still keep in contact with many of them and consider them friends. Learned some very valuable skills that helped me decide a career path and ultimately allowed me to advance. I owe my success to Kristi and Kate teaching me the skills I needed to succeed. I will forever be thankful for the experience I gained. Took care of employees during covid.
Cons
Not much room for advancement. Small company so this is understandable. No bonuses. Benefits were okay. Raises were below inflation, effectively lowering your salary every year. Customer base can be a bit difficult to deal with. Company structure went through big changes in a short amount of time.
