The only positive feedback I can provide is the work experience itself as you are forced to do every aspect of the business to find out quickly what you like and what you don't like.

Cons

- Toxic work environment - They take from their employees pay to fund business operations - Little to no work-life-balance, completely overworked and unrealistic expectations - Role expectations are completely blurred. As a Property Manager, you could find me cleaning units until 1:00am - Management does not respect time-off. Will constantly call/text and assign tasks
