Pros

Really nice co-workers. Great 401k match.

Cons

RPM Colorado has a high turnover rate. They don't know how to keep employees around. From my experience, I felt like they didn't treat their employees very well. They did not show a lot of respect - though they presented themselves as they did... Property management is a high-stress level field, but I think the company could do better at making their employees feel appreciated. They also seem to have too few employees for the amount of work that needs to get done. If they hired a few more people to help in different areas I'm sure it would allow everyone to succeed in their current positions. It always seemed like everyone was extremely overworked. RPM Colorado is also focusing a lot on expanding the company, but it has proven difficult for them because they cannot retain their current employees. They have good intentions, but they don't appreciate their staff enough to keep people around.
