      Having worked for a few Bournemouth agencies I can't speak highly enough of Media Lounge... they really are a breath of fresh air! - Friendly and very welcoming - Full of like-minded professionals - Fun, yet hardworking, culture - No egos - job roles and responsibilities are respected - Positively encourage personal development - Flexible start and finish times - Great work/life balance - Modern office - Dog friendly

      Pros

      The management and a team of people (not necessarily in your department) around that are very encouraging and willing to help you. They care about your wellbeing inside and outside of work. Even in a WFH environment they are willing to dedicate their time for training and ensuring you are confident in the tasks set.
