      None at all - low pay, not great benefits, no career path, good old white boy leadership

      Cons

      Benefits and bonus not as advertised. HUGE TURNOVER in marketing led by a micromanager controlling VP. Increase of days in office in 2025. Company move to Shakopee in boonies with bad traffic in/out options in area.

      There's good, cheap, healthy food

      Cons

      51.5 hours a week mandatory, and they want you to come in on saturday. there is no work-life balance. its just work.
