Interview
Initially you interview with HR. The hiring manager was very slow to set up an initial interview. There was conflicting information given from HR versus the hiring manager. This came primarily in the form of the hours they needed someone to work. The hiring manager was a very slow, very poor communicator. She also seemed to be extremely adamant that the team management was already in place and there would be no room for movement until current management retired.

Interview
The interview process was quick and smooth. After the initial call, I was invited to an interview the following with with the hiring manager and HR. It was mostly focused on culture fit questions. I was invited back the next week for a second interview with the hiring manager and another division manager to review a case I prepared. Everyone was friendly, the communication was good. I was not offered the position, but had a good experience.
