      Pay well. Double pay for overtime.

      Cons

      People's opinion doesn't really matter. Management full of lies and giving false hopes. No appreciation. No common sense. People are just numbers. Have to bring your own lunch. Full of stupid rules but it's fine when the company breaks laws and regulations.

      There's good, cheap, healthy food

      Cons

      51.5 hours a week mandatory, and they want you to come in on saturday. there is no work-life balance. its just work.
