      Lots of opportunities to do work that you would like to do; lots of cool projects to work on; great pay and benefits; great work life balance with the 9/80 schedule and modified time

      Cons

      Senior and principle level engineers can be very impatient and difficult to work with; expectations of lower level engineers working on difficult projects can be unrealistic; office politics at times but only if you're not on a good team
