      Flexible working schedule, good pay, great benefits, can work with great teams and programs.

      Red tape on many processes, hard to have enough budget for new equipment, have to find work yourself when it gets slow.

      Pros

      Great entry level company. You will learn a lot on the job. There is a lot of opportunity for career movement.

      Cons

      Slow-paced (could be a pro for some people) Lots of "red-tape" / paperwork Management is questionable. Couldn't land prime contracts and over committed on some proposals. This led to massive layoffs.
