      Good pay Good co workers (if right team) Smart people

      Management Management Management Unfortunately, Management really taught me how negative a space can seem if they are not good at their jobs. Also, a bad co worker doesn't mean they will lose their job if you tell your managers, even if it is repeated behavior.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
