      There is a good work-life balance, friendly colleagues. I enjoy the 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).

      Cons

      No mentorship or management to help employees learn and advance career. They do not understand how to retain people and are floundering with the great resignation.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
