      Interesting work. Create your own opportunities. You can move around to different projects if you showcase your skills.

      Cons

      The merger has been a disaster. People are leaving faster than we can hire. It is really sad to see. Despite all time record attrition, they offered terrible merit increases this year.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
