      Sick pay, parking space, decent cafe

      Cons

      Management, stuck in 80s engineering, they just pay slip service to modern process and do there own thing. One rule for them another for you, they know better.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
