      Great people, good pay, diverse opportunities. The harder you apply yourself, the better things get.

      Typical defense contractor challenges i.e. more processes and documentation than actual engineering.

      Pros

      Great entry level company. You will learn a lot on the job. There is a lot of opportunity for career movement.

      Cons

      Slow-paced (could be a pro for some people) Lots of "red-tape" / paperwork Management is questionable. Couldn't land prime contracts and over committed on some proposals. This led to massive layoffs.
