      Work there forever without having to do anything accept pretend.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment where the union has so much power that management tries to drive the ship while union technicians work in their own best interest. Immature management swearing in the office. Teamwork is just a word to these people. 15 layers of management but the only people adding value are engineers and technicians.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
