      Easy Work. Decent Pay. Low expectations.

      Cons

      - Management is incompetent and stubborn (In my case not paying me for work cause they misread a email of me being on PTO which is ILLEGAL). - Fear mongering, people here are not intellectual and will look down on people beneath them in title. - Regimental, even outside of secure areas and roles. - Promotions are not worth it.

      Pros

      9/80 and every 2nd Friday off, generous vacation time.

      Cons

      The company is 100+ years old and functions almost entirely on inertia. Senior Management is totally disconnected from the day to day, and it shows in the content of their "community" video meetings. They talk about diversity but have no interest in applying it. Most of the time they totally ignore the needs of their disabled employees.
