Pros
During my time with Raymond James, I enjoyed having the opportunities to broaden my skills and knowledge in the financial services industry. I had a supervisor who encouraged members of the department to take initiatives in positioning one's self to accepts positions of greater responsibility and better pay.
Cons
Many people I worked with felt that the company was not fair in its compensation practices. Since the time I've left the company has moved to a new location and many of the people I worked with were let go.
