1)Toxic work environment, Managers or Supervisors do not treat employees fair and equally. 2)No growth. You will stay at the same position for 10-15 years. 3) Terrible salary in comparison to competitors

You should hire the right managers and make sure they have the right leadership qualities, such as patience, calmness in situations. The managers should strive to build relationships with all employees.
