Nice office location Decent benefits and vacation time Staff lounge with free coffee, tea, etc Stable, consistent employment It's basically impossible to get fired No expectation to work weekends, holidays, overtime
Cons
Antiquated technology 'Old boy's club' mentality Little room for growth or creativity No support for mobile devices other than Blackberry. Be really nice to IT if you want to get your work email on your iPhone or iPad. (That said, you should always be nice to IT people) Stringent internet policies - ZERO access to social media
